| 50% deposit at the time of the booking by way of EFT or cash deposit into bank account. 50% cash on date of arrival. Sorry, no credit card facilities. |

| Arrival from 14H00 on date of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Departure not later than 10H00 unless otherwise agreed. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| 1. All payments to have been received by date of entry. 2. Tenants stay and use facilities at their own risk. 3. Damages will be recovered from tenants. 4. No guests of tenants are allowed to stay overnight. 5. Tenants may not differ from those on booking form. 6. No pets will be allowed. 7. Deposits will only be refunded if substitute tenants are found. 8. Tenants (or guests) that miss-behave will be requested to leave. 9. Full DSTV and WiFi included free of charge. 10. Bring own beach towels. Bath towels are provided. 11. No smoking inside the cottage. Outside you can do what you want. 12. Swimming pool not available during December peak season unless special arrangements were made. 13. Special rates for long stays and less than 6 people for cottage bookings. |
