ACCOMMODATION RATES: January 2024

SUMMER SEASON 2024:
15 January – 30 April: R4 600 per week night; R5 000 per weekend night
(These rates exclude March - April School Holidays and Long Weekends.

Human Rights Day Long Weekend 2024: (4 nights minimum stay)
20 - 24 March: R5 600 per night

March - April School Holidays 2024: (4 nights minimum stay)
25 - 27 March: R5 800 per night

Easter Weekend 2024: (4 nights minimum stay)
28 March - 1 April: R6 000 per night                                                                                                                                                               
 

Freedom Day / Workers' Day Long Weekend:

 26 - 30 April: R5 400 per night (4 nights' minimum stay)

Winter Season 2024:
1 May – 31 July: R3 200 per week night; R3 600 per week end night

Youth Day Long Weekend 2024: (3 nights' minimum stay)                                                                                                                                              14 - 17 June: R5 400 per night

June - July School Holidays 2024:

1 August – 19 September: R4 300 per week night; R4 800 per weekend night

National Womens' Day Long Weekend 2024: (3 nights minimum stay)                                                                                                                         8 - 11 August: R5 700 per night

September School Holidays 2024: (3 nights' minimum stay)
25 September – 30 September: R5 600 per night

Summer Season 2024:
1 October – 12 December: R5 200 per week night; R5 400 per weekend night

Day of Reconciliation Long Weekend: (3 nights minimum stay)                                                                                                                                     13 - 16 December: R6 000 per night 

Peak Season 2024/5:
17 December 2024 - 13 January 2025: R8 000 per night

Check - in: from 15H00
Check - out: at 11H00
Delayed departures (check-out) may be negotiated with management, but subject to our booking schedules.
Rules/Conditions

  • We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

  • All deposits are non-refundable, unless the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival and only if the house has been re-let.

  • Bookings are subject to a minimum stay of 2 nights, except for long week ends and the December/January peak season.

  • Payments can be made by electronic bank transfer.

  • Regrettably, credit cards are not accepted.

  • Prices are subject to annual adjustments and change without prior notification.

  • The house is let out as a unit and the rooms cannot be hired individually.

  • No smoking is permitted indoors.

  • No pets are allowed

  • REFUNDABLE KEY/BREAKAGE DEPOSIT

    R1 000 key/breakage deposit is required with your final accommodation payment. This deposit may be used for any possible breakages or should an alternative claim arise.

    The key/breakage deposit will be refunded to your bank account by EFT, within 3 working days, after the safe return of the keys and if no breakages or damages were reported.
