| Cancellation Policy |
| Refunds for cancelled reservations will be made as follows: Cancellation more than 14 days or more before arrival date: 100% of deposit refunded. Cancellation more than 7 days but less than 14 days before arrival date, except during school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): 50% of deposit refunded. Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival date, except during school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): - No refund of deposit. Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival date during school holidays and public holidays/long weekends): - No refund of deposit. Where possible we will try to accommodate changes to guests' travel arrangements. |
