7-14 days forfeit 75% of deposit
14-21 days forfeit 50% of deposit
21-28 days forfeit 25% of deposit
Fully refundable if reservation cancelled 28 days prior to arrival

Anytime as agreed preferably from 15h00 for arrival and 12h00 for departure
