Welcome to our Guest House, located in the picturesque village of Hilton, the gateway to the Midlands.

Whether you are a business executive, an active sports person, are attending a wedding or function, a sporting event, visiting children staying @ a private boarding school or just needing a home away from home whilst visiting the Midlands, at King's Hill you will find a comfortable place to relax, rest and unwind and will be treated with warm, friendly and personalized service.

Situated half way between the magnificent Drakensburg Mountains and the Indian Ocean which are each just over an hour away, Hilton is the gateway to the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal Midlands...which is famous for its Midlands Meander. Bustling with artists, crafters and foodies its a riot of experiences and fun. Tree-top canopy tours, ballooning, horse riding, fishing, and sports like golf are all par for the course (if you'll pardon the pun!) The Royal Agricultural Show, Art in the Park, Cars in the Park and the Hilton Arts Festival are huge crowd drawers every year, and I must boast our museums and galleries are really excellent.

At King's Hill Guest House we can accommodate a maximum of 6 people sharing in 3 tastefully decorated, non-smoking rooms that are situated in a tranquil garden overlooking our pool and a view of the Cedara Hills and Drakensberg Mountains.

The Windsor Room can accommodate maximum of 2 people sharing (queen size bed).

The Hampton Room has a downstairs Queen bed and there are 2 single bed in the loft which is accessed by a 2.5 meter ladder. (suitable for children between the ages of 13 and 18).

The Balmoral Room is a cosy single room with a double bed that faces onto the garden and can accommodate 1 person.

We do offer breakfast which is served from 8am at an additional cost of R135 per person.
If you need to leave prior to 8am we would be happy to place continental breakfast items in your fridge for you to enjoy before you leave in the morning at a rate of R120 per person.

Please note:

• Smoking is allowed in the garden but NOT in the rooms
• Check in time on day of arrival is between 2 & 8pm
• Departure time is by 10am. Late departures will incur a penalty fee.
