| PEAK SEASON - R10 500 per night 12 December 2025 - 9 January 2026 (Minimum Stay of 5 nights) STANDARD RATE - R5 000 per night All other times (Minimum Stay of 2 nights) 50% deposit to confirm booking, full balance payable 7 days before arrival CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of a cancellation of a booking the following cancellation policy will apply: - Cancellation prior to 30 days to will incur an administration fee of 10% of the deposit value - Cancellation 15 - 29 days prior to arrival, forfeit 50% of total accommodation value - Cancellation 7 - 14 days prior to arrival, forfeit 75% of total accommodation value - Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, forfeit 100% of total accommodation value Full Peak Season deposit not refundable. REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE DEPOSIT A refundable breakage deposit of R3 000,00 is payable before arrival. Refund will be paid within 7 days from departure. Keys for Lighthouse will not be handed over unless the breakage deposit has been received.
