Please note the following applies and accepting the quotation signifies a guests acceptance of the House Rules - You are required to bring along your own bath and swimming towels. Minimum 2 nights per booking. 50% deposit required within 2 days to secure reservation. The balance to be paid at least 1 month before the occupation date. EFT is the preferred method of payment; cash deposits could attract a bank charge that will be passed on to the guest. There is bed space for 10 people; Maximum 12 people if pre-arranged. Check-in time at 2PM and Departure time 10AM. Please be on time with the arrangement you have made with the House Manager. Should you not have pre-arranged alternate times then not being on time could invite an additional cost. Produce ID on arrival. No additional guest/s will be allowed on the premises other than the amount of people agreed to. Prior arrangements must be made with the House Manager in the event of a change in this regard. No large gatherings, parties or events are allowed at the property without making specific arrangements in advance with the House Manager. The premises will not be sublet or used for gain other than applied for. Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10pm) in order not to disturb our neighbours and other residents in the area. Pets are only permitted on the property on pre-arrangement with House Manager. If there are any breakages during your stay, please inform us via a message on the contact number provided. Please note that even if you are paying for the cleaning of the house after your departure, the house should still be left in a neat and decent condition on departure. Keep the house in the same condition as it was received. If the house is left in a condition where additional cleaning is required, including dirty dishes, such charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit. House keeping services during your stay can be provided should you choose, but at an additional cost. Self -catering accommodation requiring tenants to make provisions for their own cleaning detergents and groceries/toiletries. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house under any circumstances. Any cigarette buds that are disposed of when smoking outside, must be done so in a responsible manner so not to cause any fires or pollute the environment. No abuse of electricity or other utilities of premises. Owners do not take responsibility for tenants’ personal belongings or any liability in terms of personal accidents. Should the client behave in such a manner which is not acceptable by civilized standards, the client and his/her guests may be asked to vacate the premises. Please make sure to comply with these rules. Penalties will be charged if ignored. |
