Bushbaby, monkey, mongoose...the sound of the ocean crashing.... the smell of the sea...birdsong and nature trails you'll never grow tired of. These are the things Zinkwazi is made of. These are what entice nature-loving folk to this seaside village. These are what make a stay at Milkwood unforgettable, and so worth your while.

Bushbaby Bungalow is our two-sleeper apartment, newly renovated, self-contained, air-conditioned, 200m from the beach, and 50m from the start of a network of trails that winds through coastal forest nearly all the way to the Nonoti River, where the birding is spectacular. You can run, or walk these trails - safely.

The apartment has a downstairs, with a double brass bed, and an en suite bathroom. There is an additional separate toilet, and a separate shower, just outside this room.

Upstairs is the lounge and kitchen area, with a deck overlooking the ocean. This light and airy space is fully equipped with a two-plate gas cooker, bar fridge, kettle, ice machine, hot and cold water machine and everything else you might need during your stay. There is a small breakfast table, two comfy chairs, and a bookshelf with books and games (for those rainy days). Both upstairs and downstairs are air-conditioned; and there is a pool and a braai area for guests.

Milkwood Cottage is our four-sleeper cottage, a simple but beautiful space for a family to holiday. The house has three rooms. The main bedroom is en-suite; two bedrooms share a shower, and separate toilet. There is a large living area with a dining table and comfortable seated space where children can relax, read, and color in. There is a kitchen with a gas fridge/freezer and a gas two-plate cooker, as well as a microwave. Guests are welcome to use the braai by the pool area on those beautiful, balmy Zinkwazi afternoons.

Perhaps the greatest blessing of all is our worker, Bright, who will greet you on arrival, hand over your keys to you, and be on hand to help you during your stay.
