MOUNTAIN TRANQUILLITY RATES & SERVICING COSTS Weekend Rates Friday and Saturday: R2800 per night. 3 night weekend: R7500 - Does not include Easter/December/Public holidays. Public Holidays: R2800 per night, long weekends minimum booking of 3 nights. December Holidays & Easter Holidays- please liaise with host. R2800 per night. A breakages/damages deposit of R1000 will be charged. This is will be refunded within 7 days if all in order. If guests leave excess dishes or a dirty braai, the fee charged to the owner will be deducted from the deposit. 7 days booking less 20%, does not apply over the April or December holidays. 30 day booking less 30%, does not apply over the April or December holidays. Will send guests a Pro-Forma Invoice, they have 48 hours to pay 50% deposit or full amount. Balance due 2 weeks before arrival. Once proof of payment received, will email guests to confirm the dates they have booked. Servicing – 3 hour service (must be pre-booked and prepaid) | ||
