| Terms Of Payment |
| 50% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance must be paid in full 2 weeks before check-in. A breakage deposit of R3 000 is required, to be refunded within 14 days of departure, once keys are returned, and an inventory and damage inspection has been completed. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| 50% cancellation fee - more than 30 days before arrival. 100% cancellation fee - within 30 days of arrival. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| Name and ID number of person responsible for payment is required. Only the agreed number of persons may be allowed to occupy the unit. No sub-letting is allowed, and students need to be accompanied by an adult. No pets allowed. |
