| Terms Of Payment |
| - 50% deposit secures a booking - Balance one week before arrival. Payments made on arrival must be made in cash only as we do not accept cheques and we don't have Credit Card facilities. If booking well in advance then we also accept monthly payments with an initial payment of about 20% and the remainder divided up into the months remaining to the start of your reservation. - We do not charge anything extra for monthly payments and guests are kept up to date with their accounts by way of monthly statements. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| - Early departure: debit for original booking - 14 days before first day of booking period or a no show, forfeit 100% of deposit. - 15 - 28 days before first day of booking period, forfeit 75% of deposit or 25% of the full quote, whichever is the highest amount - 29+ days before first day of booking period , forfeit 50% of deposit or 25% of the full quote, whichever is the highest amount. - In all cases, should we be able to fill your entire reservation we will refund your entire deposit less an admin fee of R300.00 |

For more than 2 persons: R70.00 - R150.00 per child under 12 extra per night to a maximum of 4 people. - Persons older than 12 years are considered as adults. - The flat sleeps maximum 2 adults and 2 children under 12 - Minimum stays apply.
