| Terms Of Payment |
| 50% deposit of total booking fee on acceptance of signed agreement including all required detail; Balance of account, including a R5000.00 breakages deposit, within 3 days of arrival. Breakages deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure. The owner will be entitled to pay, out of the deposit, all disbursements incurred in respect of the premises and out of the Tenant's occupation thereof eg standard clean, laundry, replacement of breakages etc and thereafter the balance of deposit will be refunded, by electronic transfer into stipulated bank account. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| Cancellation of the booking will only be accepted if the cancellation is received, in writing, per registered mail, at least 3 months before occupation, in which event the Deposit, less 20% handling fee will, will be refunded. Should the tenant not occupy the premises in terms of this Agreement, with 24 hours from 16h00 on the commencement date, the Agent/owner shall attempt to re-let the unit, and the Tenant shall forfeit all deposits paid and be liable for any loss of rent and other damages sustained. |

| Rules/Conditions |
| Wages payable to domestic at R250.00 per day, are the tenants responsibility. R350.00 to be left for cleaning on departure. House must be vacated by 9:00 am on departure date; Bring your own towels - beach and bath. Towels will be supplied for international guest (by arrangement); Tenant will be held responsible for soiled mattresses, torn/broken cushions or any other damage in and to the house; The Tenant is reminded that upon acceptance of this offer and payment of the Deposit, a binding Contract is completed and he/she is responsible for payment of the full rental, whether he/she occupies the dwelling or not; The premises shall be occupied and used personally by the Tenant and his family, and no more persons shall dwell in the unit, as agreed and signed upon, at any one time. The unit may not be sublet to any other persons; No pets are allowed on the premises. Please note there is a minimum house charge of R4200.00 per night. |
