What a lovely, homely, pet friendly place away from the city buzz. We were spoilt with a tray of snacks for the weekend, thank you Isobel! Our Furry kids enjoyed the freedom of the fenced off yard and had ample space to run around. Astro enjoyed the extra large kennel provided and we promised him to go back soon ! We will definitely be back.

We have been back to Ganders and Geese several times and will keep on doing so! It is kitted with EVERYTHING - from air cons to Nespresso coffee machine, ice maker for those cold cocktails, picnic gear, umbrellas, fold up chairs for the beach, dishwasher, washing machine, and the list goes on. And of course, our dogs are safe in the fenced yard. The friendly host, Isobel, always leaves a welcome pack with some wine, snacks and even dog treats! We are treated like royalty at ‘our’ little getaway from the city!!

The Owner Isobel was very friendly and helpful.
The house was perfect it had everything in that you need and more. Picnic set, beach towels, umbrellas, camping chairs etc.

Wat n heerlike kuier by Ganders and Geese. Dit het ons verwagtinge by verre oorskry. Alles is perfek ingerig, voel soos jou eie huis. Stylvolle dekor en baie netjies. Ons hondjie het dit netso geniet om op die veilige erf rond te hardloop. Dankie vir die bederfies. Ons sien beslis weer.

My two, four legged girls Ava and Mia and I spent two glorious nights at Ganders and Geese. Isobel's communication was warm and clear from the start and we knew exactly where to go and what to expect. Based on the other reviews my expectations were high but my goodness, I was amazed! Ganders and Geese is as quaint as it is modern, spotlessly clean and not only does it have everything you could possibly need, it has the most exceptional quality of everything. Our stay was comfortable, the nights cosy and the days spent enjoying the house, garden and taking walks to the Whale Cove where I am happy to report there was a load of whale fun and frolicking going on. Ganders and Geese is just a stones throw away from Stanford and Gansbaai and it is a great base to explore the area and visit all the lovely shops and eateries this breathtaking area has to offer. We returned home refreshed and rejuvenated. Thank you Isobel for making our stay a magical and memorable one!

Such a lovely experience that me and my family had including my fur babies in this fully equipped home. The kitchen was absolutely perfect. Every room was neat and functional. This is definitely a gem and a perfect holiday home. You'll be pleasantly surprised by what the house has to offer. Your fur babies will be safe if left to play out in the garden while you're out and about.

We visited Ganders and Geese in Feb and we had an great time! There was not a single thing we needed, they REALLY thought of everything (even an ice maker!) The place is clean, everything is still brand new.
The dogs had a jol, big yard with lots of space for them to run.
Really SUPER impressed.
We will definitely be back soon!

Ons was 4 volwassenes en 1 kind met ons 2 hindtjies wat by die wonderlike plekkie gebly het. Alles is puik en silwerskoon, daar kort absoluut niks nie. Die aircons was 'n groot bonus in die naweek se hitte. Ons sal beslis weer en weer die plek besoek.

Ons het so lekker gekuier by Ganders & Geese!
Isobel het werklik gesorg dat ons verblyf onvergeetlik was en alles is perfek en uitmuntend netjies.
Huisie is perfek vir my gesin van 4 en toegerus met alles en nog wat.
So gerieflik soos jou eie huis, maar die gevoel van vakansie, rus en 'n heerlike wegbreek!
Is mal oor De Kelders en omliggende area.
Kan nie wag om weer te gaan nie!!

Wonderlike voorreg gehad om by Gaanders tuis te gaan. Die huis is pragtig netjies en het alles wat jy nodig mag hê. Sal beslis weer daar gaan kuier, kan die plekkie sonder huiwer aanbeveel as ‘n heerlike vakansie huis met lekker spasie en sekuriteit.

This 2 bedroom house is perfect getaway for two couples or small family. Isobel is a wonderful host and her attention to detail is amazing. Everything you can possible need over a weekend or holiday is there and it is impeccably clean. It is wonderful to find a self catering place by the sea with proper new beds and the white linen is treat of luxury. The yard is fully fenced and secured with electric fencing, which added to a peaceful night's sleep. We went in winter, so no swimming, but if you enter through the nature reserve you can walk forever on the beach. Such a beautiful place to relax, we will definitely be back.

This house is neat as a pin and equipped with EVERYTHING. We stayed there beginning October for a weekend with our two dogs and we thoroughly enjoyed everything that the house and the area has to offer. Our reception was friendly and warm and the owners ensured we had everything we needed, from beginning to end - even left treats for our dogs! We will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.
