Payment terms
- Full prepayment required on confirmation of booking
- Full prepayment required 48 hours before date of stay
- A refundable breakage deposit of R 2 500 is payable before your stay. This is refundable after your stay.
Cancellation terms
- 1 month before date of stay full refund
- More than 7 days before date of arrival 50% cancellation fee is refundable
- Less than 7 days before date of arrival 0% cancellation fee is refundable
Rules and Conditions
- We live in a quiet suburb and we need to respect our neighbors, and therefore no excessive noise or loud music permitted.
- The apartment is non smoking . This includes no hubbly pots, e-cigarettes or vapes.
- Unfortunately no pets allowed.
- Strictly a maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated .
- Owners reside on property.
- The property has a security system and is armed each evening.
- Beach towels are not provided . Please provide your own.
