NOTE:

• We do a minimum of three nights out of season.  Dogs allowed.
• 50% deposit is payable on booking and the balance 45 days before arrival.
• Rage or Matric guests carry a R 10,000 deposit & rates are offerd on request.
• A R 2,500.00 refundable security / holding deposit is payable on booking for each house , dog issues may carry up to R 1,000 deductible.
• Parking: max 3 cars max . No parties or loud music allowed
• Cleaning out fee is R350 / half day if staff are avaliable. 
• Additional people, extra over 8 people sleeping, will carry an over nightly fee of R280.00 per person/ night.
• Balance of payment is to be made 45 days before arrival to maintain the booking.
