Terms Of Payment
50% deposit is required to confirm this booking. Balance plus R500 breakage deposit payable before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in: the first night is non-refundable.
Arrival & Departure Times
Check-in: Any time after 2pm
Check-out: 10am
Rules/Conditions
No hens parties, bulls parties of any other kind of party allowed.

No excessive noise will be tolerated. Quiet time after 10 pm.

No smoking inside the Cottage.

No pets allowed.

No cleaning services on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, but available during the week on request only.

Bedding & towels will only be changed once per week, unless otherwise requested. Right of admission reserved.

Once deposits have been received, it is then deemed that you agree with these terms and conditions.

Guests and their visitors enter and use these premises at their own risk. The Proprietor, its agents and/or its employees (the Proprietor) shall not be liable for, and the guests hereby waives and abandons any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, loss or damage of whatever nature, to a guests or visitors property, nor for injury or death of any guests or visitors even when such loss or damage to property or injury or death is as a result of the negligence of the owners and/or their representatives. The guests, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the Proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the Proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
