Wheels at the Vaal Expo
The Wheels at the Vaal Expo is an annual event which takes place in Vanderbijlpark in Gauteng, South Africa. The event is held during the first week of September and will run over two days.

The Expo has been running for over 6 years and has grown bigger and better with each year. The Exhibition used to only focus on giving vehicle owners the opportunity of showing off their veteran vehicles, now the expo has been opened to anyone to show their collectors items from steam engines, tractors, bakkies and not forgetting the stationary engines which bring great excitement to the event.

This is a great way to enjoy some time outdoors with family and friends. There is so much to see and do for the whole family. There will be an outdoor exhibition area where you can browse everything and anything to do with a great outdoor camping experience as well as a 4x4 track. At the cost of R30 per ride, you can enjoy testing your 4x4 skills and performance.

Another popular activity to enjoy at the expo is the farming area where you will learn about all the ins and outs of farming. You will learn how to roast and grind coffee beans, watch how milk is separated and then churned to become butter and collect honey from the beehives. These are only a few of the very interesting events which will be taking place over the two days at the expo. There will also be sheep shearing, candle making and much more. There will be a large variety of food stalls to browse and buy from and a beer garden where you can relax and socialise with friends. There is a playground for the children with so much to keep them entertained. The whole family is invited to join in the festivities. You won't be disappointed.
