This is a Beautiful Spacious Lodge where you can enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of nature. 

For the keen fisherman, there are Bass, Curper and Barbel (Just ask what bait they eat) for you to enjoy a day at the dam within 5 mins of the Lodge. Or you can just relax on the balcony and watch the sunset over the valley, hidden between indigenous bush and trees, on a clear day you can see right up to the Escarpment. 

The Lodge has 2 braai areas, and if you have mountain bikes you are welcome to ride on the farm. 

Ulwazi Rock Lodge can accommodate up to 12 guests (plus 2 on a sleeper couch, extra cost per person), however smaller groups are welcome.

The lodge features four en-suite rooms. The first three rooms each contain queen-size beds overlooking a beautiful dam with a deck. The fourth room contains 2 single beds overlooking a small garden. The other two rooms are situated in the cottage which is surrounded by a lush tropical garden, and these bedrooms each contain twin single beds moved together. The cottage has a sleeper couch available that can sleep 2 extra people - extra cost per person. Bath & hand towels are provided for each room/bathroom.

The kitchen, lounge and dining areas are open plan and spacious which adds to the serenity of the lodge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave full stove/oven and a fully fitted laundry with washing machine and tumble-dryer etc. The lodge and cottage boast a flat screen television with DStv, the indoor swimming pool is structured around a magnificent natural rock. The Lodge and cottage include housekeeping daily. Secure on-site parking is also provided. 

Apart from fishing, bird watching and mountain biking routes that can be enjoyed on the farm where Ulwazi Rock Lodge is situated, the Lodge is also a stone's throw away from the tourism hub of Hazyview - the gateway to the world-renowned Kruger National Park, Blyde River Canyon, Panorama route and a host of other attractions.
