| R275 pppn for children under the age of 12 years, no charge for children under the age of 3 years. |
A minimum rate of R2750.00 per night will apply when less than 5 adults Housekeeping service is provided at no extra cost, Mondays – Saturdays and consists of making up beds, washing dishes, sweeping the floor and cleaning the bathrooms. |

| Terms Of Payment |
| - A 50% deposit will be required within 48 hours of confirmation of booking and the balance paid 2 days prior to arrival. All payments must be by electronic transfer and proof of payment must be sent to us via email (enquire for email address). In case of non-arrival you will be charged 50% of your total reservation. - Units are reserved until 17h00 unless previously arranged. - The deposit is only fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 28 days prior to arrival. |

| 0-7 days before forfeit full deposit, 7-14 days before forfeit 75% of deposit, 14-21 days before forfeit 50% of the deposit 21-28 days forfeit 25% of the deposit. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Check in time is from 15h00 until 18h00. Late check-in can to be arranged prior to arrival. Check out time 10h00. |

| Guests attend this establishment at their own risk. The proprietor, its agents and/or its employees shall not be liable for, and the guests hereby waive/s or abandon/s any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to that for theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature against the proprietor, whether arising from the proprietors default, negligence or otherwise. The guest/s, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify the proprietor against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from the proprietor's default, negligence or otherwise.
