| Terms Of Payment |
| More than 7 days before arrival Deposit 50% - Paid immediately to secure booking. Refundable breakage deposit of R350.00 is payable with the 50% deposit. Balance 50% - Paid 7 days prior to arrival to retain booking. Within 7 days of arrival Full amount is payable immediately. Refundable breakage deposit of R350.00 is also immediately payable. Accommodation rates are subject to change without notice. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| In the event of premature departure or no-show - visitor forfeits monies paid - no refunded. Cancellation 0 - 28 days before date of arrival, – visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 19+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid. Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival – visitor forfeits 50% of deposit paid. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Zona Braza will refund the applicable amount as soon as possible - within 30 days. Zona Braza Lodge levies a 4.5% administration fee on any refunds processed |
