La Pirogue 55 is a newly renovated and luxurious 3 bedroom ground floor self-catering unit with a private garden just across from Ballito’s Willards Beach (+- 150m). The unit is situated within walking distance from the supermarket and restaurants.

It is a spacious, open plan, 6 sleeper Non-Smoking unit.

The lounge, main bedroom and second bedroom all have their own sliding doors that open onto the patio and private garden with sea view.

The fully equipped kitchen has a glass top stove, oven microwave, fridge / freezer, icemaker, washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Attached to the kitchen, there is a large dining room table with 6 chairs.

There is fully ducted air conditioning throughout the unit.

The lounge has a 7 seater corner unit, 2 coffee tables, a TV, DSTV decoders and a DVD machine.

There is an eight seater patio table and chairs, gas braai and weber braai. There is also a private entrance gate, electric fencing and alarm system.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed with a dressing table, safe, walk-through dressing area and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet.

Bedroom two is designed to be either twins or king bed with dressing table.

Bedroom 3 has 2 x ¾ beds with dressing table and a hair dryer included.

All the rooms have ceiling fans and central air-conditioning.

The second bathroom has a bath, basin and toilet.

Linen, duvets and pillows are provided.

There are two swimming pools. (One adult pool and one kiddie’s pool).

The unit has one under cover parking, and one open parking inside the complex.

Access to complex is by remote control.

No pets are allowed.

No students / matriculants are allowed.

Location: La Pirogue is 15km from King Shaka International Airport, walking distance from beach and restuarants. (Mozambik, La Montagne, Waterberry’s, Scooters Pizza etc.)

There are also loadshedding globes, in each bedside lamp, on the side of the bed.

There is a gas 2 plate stove in the kitchen, with a gas cylinder.

There is a magento 600w power supply to use for internet, tv, dstv and the stand-up fan.

There is a solar light in kitchen, with a remote control.

There is loadshedding Magneto light, black in colour, that’s in the kitchen to use when there is no power.

Please note that there are now mosquito nets in the 2 bathrooms and in the kids’ rooms. So, these windows can be left open even if there are monkeys around.
