1. This is a strictly non-smoking unit. 2. Bookings are confirmed, only upon receipt of proof of payment of 50% of the total cost of accommodation. The balance remaining is payable 30 days before arrival. Cancellation refunds will only be made if the unit is re-let over the same period. 4. Season rates are charged per night and vary accordingly. 5. Arrival time: From 14h00. If the apartment is available on that particular date. 6. Departure time: No later than 10:00 unless otherwise arranged per email. Earlier arrivals or later departures can only be arranged a maximum of 2 days in advance. 7. Tenants will be held responsible for any damages to the property, appliances, shortages due to theft, breakages etc. Please keep all doors and windows closed when you are not in the unit. Also, occasionally monkeys may try to get into the unit and cause damage. 8. No pets are allowed. 9. No students/ matriculants are allowed. 10. Over-crowding is not allowed. The maximum number of persons (children included) must not exceed 6 and couches may not be used as beds. 11. Any misbehaviour or disturbance will lead to immediate evacuation. 12. Prior to departure, please ensure that the unit is locked, air-conditioners and geyser are switched off and unit is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. 13. Faulty appliances and TV’s will be tended to a.s.a.p. but no refunds or discounts will be made in this regard. 14. Bedding is provided and it is changed weekly. No pool towels are provided. 15. No refuse bags will be collected- Please place them in the refuse bins on the Northern side of the basement parking. 16. The unit is only cleaned twice that is an in clean and an out clean. 16.1 Daily cleaning can be arranged through our cleaning services at your own cost. 16.2 Please note do not adjust the fridge settings. 17. This form, which will be transmitted electronically, will on transmission constitute a binding legal contract. 18. I reserve the right to cancel this reservation at any time without notice, should it become apparent that the unit is being occupied by other persons than that specified in the booking form. In such a case the deposit will be retained without prejudice to a claim for damages for loss of rental for the unexpired term of the tenancy, and all guests will be obliged to vacate the premises. 19. Should there be more occupants than the agreed-upon number of occupants, it will be considered a breach of the contract and the tenants may be evicted and penalised against the deposit. 20. Indemnity: It is specifically understood that the owner is hereby indemnified against any claim for damages arising from the use of the property including all its appliances, it being specifically understood that the same being used at the sole risk of the tenant. 21. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. 22. Cancellation policy: If you cancel 30 days or closer to your arrival date, your deposit will not be refunded. 23. No credit card facilities. Only EFT or electronic payment only. 24. Key collection and directions will be sent to guests closer to your arrival date. Please note that each guest is required to pay a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, over and above the AMOUNT DUE FOR THE STAY.
