This self catering apartment on the Ballito Board walk has main bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom on suite. Second bedroom with queen bed and third with 2 single beds.  And a 2nd bathroom. Rooms have ceiling fans.

The fully equipped kitchen has microwave, washing machine.

The lounge and dining room leads onto the patio that looks onto the sea. There is also a braai / barbeque on the patio. The living area and dining room has ceiling fans.

All linen provided except towels. Serviced Mon to Friday.

You have direct beach access onto the Ballito promenade, rock pools and Clarks bay public beach with life-guards. Also have a swimming pool in the complex . The complex is fully gated and fenced and has a lock up garage.

Simbalina is easy walking distance to Spar, ATM, hairdresser, beauty salon, pubs and restaurants.
