Located at a prestigious address in Port Edward, this Beautiful modern double storey home offers a delightful open plan life style interacting with generous exterior patios, sparkling swimming pool and spectacular views of the ocean. No expense has been spared in the creation of this outstanding property, with attention to detail that sets it apart from the rest, creating a haven of comfort and style and situated in close proximity to the impressive Port Edward lighthouse and only a short stroll to the beach.

The house flows with ease and flair from the moment you enter through the large wooden door into the entrance hall with sweeping staircase. Aluminium stack back doors lead you out from the lounge to a spacious undercover patio with a built-in braai and a sparkling swimming pool. There is a well-appointed ultra-modern kitchen with exceptional finishes, sliding aluminium windows accessible to the outside patio, large pantry and scullery area leading out to a spacious courtyard and domestic quarters.

Accommodation consists of two bedrooms both having new queen beds and all new linen and towels.

The two bedrooms on the upper level of the home have lovely laminate flooring and are separated by a bright spacious second lounge. Both bedrooms and the lounge lead out through aluminium stack back doors onto a secure balcony with amazing sea views.

Natural Light-filled spaces : The majority of windows are adorned with high –quality aluminium frames, welcoming abundant natural light into every room. Enjoy the gentle coastal breeze and the tranquil atmosphere from within your own sanctuary. Relaxing Patios. Whether you are upstairs or down stairs you can step outside on to your private patio / balcony. The outside space is perfect for savouring the mild coastal climate while taking in the amazing sea views, making it an ideal setting for alfresco dining or relaxation.

Security is of the highest order with the house being fully walled, electric fence, external beams, internal alarm system and CCTV cameras as well as an automated entrance gate. The home offers a double garage with access into the main house, a domestic room with an en-suite bathroom consisting of a shower and toilet. There is a total of 35 000 litres of back up water.

Domestic and 2 dogs in the yard that are friendly with all but good guard dogs at night. We have had no crime with our state of the art security system and CCTV.
