Rates Self Catering - 3 En-Suite Rooms - 8 Guests (6 adults + 2 children) 
From R2300 per night, depending on the length of stay/season

Mid-week : R2300 per night 

Weekends : R2500 per night 

Long weekends / School holidays : R3000 per night 

Peak Season ( 12 Dec - 10 Jan )  : R5000 per night  (Minimum stay for 10 nights , cannot take 10 days over both Christmas and New Years )

The rates include daily service by our domestic, Prudence who lives on site. She has been with us for years and is very trustworthy and can accommodate additional working hours if needed as well as baby sitting services . 

Payment arrangement:

50% deposit secures the booking, the balance must be paid by wire transfer 14 days prior to arriving.

A refundable, key, breakages, house rules deposit of R3,000 is paid before arrival and will be refunded within 1 week of departure if all is in order, refer to house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

0-28 Days: 100% of all funds paid 

29+ Days: 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)

In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full value of the booking

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, 72 on Oxley will refund the applicable amount as stated above within 5 working days. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
