Ocean Breeze: Your Front-Row Seat to the Sea in Winkelspruit

Dreaming of a holiday where the beach is your backyard? Ocean Breeze is one of the very few true sea-front complexes in Winkelspruit, with direct access to the sea and just a few metres from the main swimming beach. Forget loading the car, hunting for parking or worrying about security. Grab your towel, unlock the gate and you're in the surf in minutes.

The beach is safe and well protected, with shark nets and lifeguards on duty during weekends and holidays. Prefer a pool day? There's a large swimming pool, and a kiddies pool right in the complex. Keen anglers will love it too, with fishing from both the beach and the rocks.

Your Sea-View Studio

Settle into an upstairs, open-plan studio with a stunning sea view and a private, secluded patio. Pull up a stool at the granite bar counter or sink into the comfy outdoor lounge set, and soak up the view from sunrise to starlight.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and fully equipped, with a flat-screen TV and DStv Access channels. Please note there is no wi-fi in the unit, so it's the perfect excuse to switch off and unwind.

The studio sleeps 4 (a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children) and is too small for 4 adults. You'll find a queen-size bed, bunk beds, a room divider for extra privacy and a double sleeper couch in the lounge. All bed linen is provided, but please bring your own bath and beach towels. A second granite counter inside, with 4 bar stools, makes mealtimes easy.

The renovated kitchen has granite tops, an under-counter stainless steel oven, glass hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, small electrical appliances and all the crockery and cutlery you'll need. The modernised bathroom has a separate bath and shower, so everyone is catered for.

A Complex Made for Holidays

Ocean Breeze is beautifully maintained, with tropical gardens, garden benches with sea views, and numerous braai areas with tables and chairs, ideal for long, lazy braai evenings. There's a sparkling pool and a kiddies' pool, sheltered from the wind for those extra blustery days.

Need something you forgot? The on-site kiosk by the pool sells braai essentials, ice, beach toys, hats, towels and souvenirs, so you can stay put and keep on relaxing.

Safe and Secure

The whole complex is fully walled, with 24-hour security guards on patrol and an access-controlled gate. A locked gate leads straight onto the beach, and each unit has its own key. Every unit has one allocated covered parking space, and there is parking for trailers too.

Shopping, Dining and Fun

Everything you need is close by. Several shopping centres, some within walking distance, offer Woolworths Food Emporium, Pick n Pay, Spar and Checkers, plus butcheries, fast food outlets, restaurants and pubs. The two Amanzimtoti malls, the Galleria and Arbour Crossing, are only about a 10 minute drive away. For family fun, there are cinemas, an ice rink and a games arcade.

Hassle-Free Stays

A basic cleaning service runs 6 days a week (excluding Sundays and public holidays), and an on-site manager is on hand to help with anything you need. Please bring towels, toiletries, dishwashing liquid and toilet rolls, as these are not provided.
