9 Mockingbird is a sea facing unit situated in the beautiful and serene surroundings of Umzumbe.
It is a safe and secure complex right on the beach, with private access via a lock-up gate through an untouched mangrove. The complex is fully secured with perimeter fencing and electronic gate access.
The unit is fully alarmed with beams, and is contracted to a private security company for monitoring and armed response.
The complex is spacious with a pristine garden and ample space for kids to play, including a jungle gym.
Vehicles are securely parked within the complex.
Umzumbe Beach has Blue Flag status, and boasts a delightful tidal pool for endless fun in the sun. In addition, it is known as a great fishing spot.
9 Mockingbird is a smartly decorated upmarket modern 7 sleeper unit with superb finishes. The unit has an open plan living area with a lounge equipped with a flat screen television and Open View, and a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast nook. The first bedroom has a double bed and en-suite, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a sleeper couch. The unit has a full family bathroom.
The unit has a beautiful extended deck, ideal for relaxing on those hot summer evenings whilst watching the waves just a few metres away where dolphins are often spotted in our warm Indian Ocean. The unit is equipped with braai facilities and scrumptious meals can be enjoyed on the deck.
