50% deposit payable to secure the booking. Balance payable on or before arrival.
R2000 refundable damage deposit per booking payable before arrival which is refundable (less damages, if any ) within 7 days of stay.

In the event of cancellation the deposit paid will be retained by Atlantic Dream Beachfront Villa.
The amount of the deposit may be exchanged for a stay of equivalent value at any of our properties subject to availability.

Check out by 1030. Late checkout by arrangement and subject to bookings

Well behaved pets and children are welcome.
Guests are liable for any damage caused by them or their guests during their stay.
No more than 8 guests may sleep over.
Only the Weber barbecue (utilising charcoal) may be lit on the deck.
Under no circumstances may an open wood fire in any type of container be lit on the deck.
Children are to be supervised in the games room.
Guests are responsible for putting the pool net in place to avoid accidents with young children and pets.

In consideration for being allowed to stay at Atlantic Dream Beachfront Villa and use of the facilities at Atlantic Dream Beachfront Villa, myself, my employees or caretaker in respect of Atlantic Dream Beachfront Villa, or agents, are indemnified from any liability, claims, demand, cause of action, actions, lawsuit or judgement of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to causes in law for negligence, breach of contract for any injury, death and/or other damages.
