LOW SEASON (NOT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS) - R1000/NIGHT
MID SEASON - JUNE/JULY HOLIDAYS - R1200.00/NIGHT
HIGH SEASON - MARCH/APRIL/SEPT/OCT SCHOOL HOLIDAYS AND ALL LONG WEEKENDS - R1500.00/NIGHT
PEAK SEASON - 10 DECEMBER TO 10 JANUARY - R2400.00/NIGHT, MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS TO BE BOOKED
SERVICE FEE OFF R550 AND A REFUNDABLE BREAKAGE FEE OF R1000 WILL BE CHARGED. PLEASE SEE T&C'S. PEAK SEASON FULL DEPOSIT TO BE REFUNDED A MONTH BEFORE BOOK IN DATE, NO REFUND IF CANCELLED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL. LATE CANCELLATION REFUND ON CONDITION THAT UNIT IS RELET.

| No smoking in unit. Maximum of 6 people per unit, 1 or 2 smaller kids can be accommodated at an extra cost as there is extra facilities. No pets allowed. No students . Kids to be bed safe and parents responsible for no wetting of beds. Parents to ENSURE kids are behaved and respect furniture etc, otherwise you will lose your refundable deposit! No loud music or noise. Bring own swimming towels. Please leave the place neat and tidy. Apartment will be cleaned before and after stay (dishes to be washed and packed away on departure). T&C’s apply . Middle of the week bookings 3 nights minimum. Long weekends (min 3 nights) tariff will be charged as per Mid/High/Peak season. See season and rates for correct rates! |
