| Terms Of Payment |
| A 50% deposit will be required when making a booking to secure your reservation. Full and final payment will be due 14 days prior to check in. Should your reservation be a last minute booking then full payment will be due immediately. For weekends only, the payment must be made in full at the time of the booking. A refundable breakages deposit of R2000 is payable ahead your stay. This will be refunded 3 days after the departure date, once the house has been cleaned and checked and everything is found to be in a satisfactory condition. Please note that this deposit can be withheld if the Rules/Conditions stated on this page are not adhered to. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| If a reservation is cancelled: - Within 10 days prior to the arrival date booked, then the full deposit will be forfeited and 100% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. - Between 11 days and 14 days prior to the arrival date booked, then 75% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. -Between 15 days and 21 days prior to the arrival date booked, then 50% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. -Between 22 days and 31 days prior to the arrival date booked, then 25% of the deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any other booking cancelled will be charged 10% of the deposit as a cancellation fee. |

| Advise us if your arrival time is after 16h00 and please vacate before 12h00 on the day of departure unless special arrangements are made. |
| Rules/Conditions |
| Please follow the few simple rules below: 1) Treat our home as you would yours. 2) Use the outside shower when returning from the beach to remove any beach sand before going into the houses. 3) There is a bait and fish freezer in the main house, don’t use the fridge. 4) Clean all fish at the beach and return bones, mussel shells and crayfish carcasses back into the sea. 5) Please do not use a abrasive scourer or anything but sunlight soap and a cloth to clean the stainless steel stove. 6) The stove is gas so turn the gas bottle off for your own safety at night after use. 7) Please unplug and leave the tv in one of the rooms at night if you require DSTV please bring your own decoder and card. 8) All Toilets are on the septic tank system, please do not put any foreign objects down them only loo paper, bins are provided. 9) We do not offer a laundry service, the closest is Scottburgh Mall. 10) Lungi gets paid by us but feel free to tip her for service which she will appreciate. 11) Strictly no smoking inside. |
