50% Deposit will secure the booking

CANCELLATION POLICY:
  • 100% of TOTAL BOOKING if guest cancels 7 Days before arrival and will be forfeited.
  • 50% of TOTAL DEPOSIT if guest cancels 14 Days before arrival and will be forfeited.
  • 35% of DEPOSIT if guest cancels 21 Days before arrival and will be forfeited.
  • 25% of DEPOSIT if guest cancels 30 Days before arrival and will be forfeited
  • 100% of FULL BOOKING for NO SHOW/CANCELLATION ON ARRIVAL DAY/EARLY DEPARTURE will be forfeited.

Subject to re-letting the rooms, refunds will be at Management's discretion
