Weekends from 3000 per night

Holidays and long weekends range from 3000 to 4000 per night depending on demand

December / January minimum stay 10 days, and you can't take Christmas and New Years together unless you take the whole period.

Payment arrangement:

50% deposit secures the booking, the balance must be paid by wire transfer 14 days prior to arriving.

A refundable, key, breakages, house rules deposit of R3,000 is paid before arrival and will be refunded within 1 week of departure if all is in order, refer to house rules.

Cancellation Policy:

0-28 Days: 100% of all funds paid 

29+ Days: 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater)

In the event of premature departure, we will charge for the full value of the booking

On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Bronze Paradise 17 will refund the applicable amount as stated above within 5 working days. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
