The villa is walking distance from the unspoiled beach and river, which is accessible via scenic walkways through a beautiful conservation area. The variety of bird species, small buck species and Samango monkeys found in this conservation area can often even be viewed from the villa's patio. This well established development offers 24 hour security and a 24 hours reception service. Facilities on the estate include a beautiful swimming pool complex, all weather floodlit tennis courts, table tennis and a small playground for children. Guests are allowed to bring own boats or take advantage of the boats, jetski's and other equipment at Waterworld across the river.
