| Terms & Conditions Booking is essential. NO PARTIES/CELEBRATIONS OR PETS ALLOWED ON THE PREMISE. Reservations only confirmed upon 100% deposit, payable upon booking. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and peak rates will be charged accordingly Unfortunately, we do not accept single night bookings, a minimum stay of 2 nights. We are a family holiday destination, and are obligated to consider neighbours and other guests - no noise, music, functions, private parties, group socials and/or braais allowed. The right of admission reserved - No misbehaviour allowed. Check in time: 16:00pm. Check out time: 10:00am (R100 per hour levied thereafter). Cancellation policy applies. We charge a linen and admin fee of R600 per booking. An additional R150 cleaning fee will be charged for uncleaned or insufficiently cleaned barbeque. An additional R150 cleaning fee will be charged for uncleaned or insufficiently cleaned kitchen. We also charge a refundable breakage and disturbance deposit of R1000 per booking. Cancellation Policy Booking changes & date amendments will be dealt with an equivalent to cancellations. We respectfully request guests not to put us in this position. We HATE to be unkind, but unfortunately, have to be strict as per the standard SA accommodation cancellation policy. As we are a small but popular establishment high in demand, we constantly show potential guests away, thus losing income when bookings should be cancelled, postponed or amended less than 1 month in advance. Should you be unable to fulfil your booking, you are welcome to inform us that you will be sending someone to our place. Policy applies, irrelevant of the booking date Less than 30 days (1 month) prior to arrival: 100% of charged for a total reserved period, including booking postponements or amendments - no refund. Booking postponements will be accepted up to one month upon arrival without forfeiting the deposit. More than 30 days (1 month) prior to arrival in peak season: 50% charged for a total reserved period, refund 50%. If a booking is cancelled In case of any refund, a R350 admin handling fee will be charged. No Refunds after arrival will be considered whatsoever for whatever unforeseen circumstance or disgruntle or dissatisfied issue and guests will be responsible for the total booking amount as well as all extras of the entire booked period. | |
