A Minimum Of 3 Nights Apply Out Of Season A Minimum Of 7 Nights Apply In Season The Rates per day are strictly for an occupancy of 8 people
Peak Season	R 4257.00 per day (government & private school holidays) (March - April R 3 500)
Low Season	R2 995 per day
Payment Process A retainer amount will be paid by the Tenant on day of booking, which covers possible damages & breakages. The retainer amount will be decided upon by the Landlady, depending on the duration of the stay, amount of occupants & season. The retainer amount will be reimbursed to the Tenant (less damages if any), once the premises & property has been vacated, thoroughly checked, keys returned. The Tenant will supply banking details for such reimbursement. A 50% Deposit Is Payable At The Time Of Booking 15 days before occupancy another 30% is payable Before taking occupation the last 20% is paid Fax/email proof of payments through immediately Payments must reflect and be cleared by the bank before occupancy takes place and therefore it is important to make the payments in advance.
