| Terms Of Payment |
| We require a third of the total rental to confirm a booking. The Balance to be paid at least 2 weeks before arrival/occupation. Rates specified are all for a minimum booking of 6 nights". |
| Cancellation Policy |
| 20% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation, will be refunded. Should replacement tenants be contracted, a further 60% refund will be repaid for the period that replacement tenants fill the original booking. |
| Arrival & Departure Times |
| Check in: Not before 15:00 on the day of arrival. (An earlier time may be possible but only on arrangement.) Check out: Not after 10:00 on the morning of departure and please allow the maid to commence with laundry and cleaning from 08:00. (A later departure time may be possible but only on arrangement) |
| Rules/Conditions |
| Minimum of 15 nights for a Christmas & New Year booking. Minimum of 10 nights for a Christmas only booking. For other periods the rates specified are for a minimum booking of 6 nights. Pets are welcome if they are on an anti flea/tick programme such as 'Frontline'. On no account should pets be allowed on the furniture. The premises should be cleared of any excreta. |
