This flat is extremely spacious, homely and in good condition on a quiet beach with lifeguards and ample fishing spots. The deck is huge and has an exclusive large deck looking over the ocean for excellent sunsets and sunrises and to watch the kids on the beach. Close to Ballito as well as Umhlanga with close by (3 min drive) shops and chemist for daily requirements too.

A great apartment with a splendid view! Restful, beautiful, clean and comfortable. It has all you need. Great places to eat too very close by if you don’t want to cook! Highly recommended!

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation that we had stayed in. It was home away from home with all the automated essentials. Neil your candid, honest, picture postings provide a true reflection of your beautiful accommodation. We sure cannot find fault. The sea view is simply stunning and watching the dolphins was an added bonus from our private rooftop. The sea is literally a street away and waking up to the waves crashing on the shoreline is something that we just needed. We loved every bit of our holidays ....... thank you Neil.

This is the best place to stay either for a romantic weekend away or a family holiday. This has to be one of the most memorable holidays we have had as a family. The sea view from the house is amazing, the beach is literally across the street, the lounge had ample space for us as a family of 5, the bedrooms are clean and fresh, the decor made it so homely, plus a beautiful patio to watch the perfect sunrise. This is a 10/10 home! Highly highly recommended.

Amazing flat with breath taking views of the ocean. We had a great experience with clean facilities that saw us feel like we were home. The flat is spacious and well catered for. We had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend.
