20% deposit required to secure a booking. Balance is due 2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival. ALL PAYMENTS MUST REFLECT IN OUR ACCOUNT BEFORE ARRIVAL/ EFT MUST BY MADE WITH "PAY AND CLEAR NOW" We prefer EFT payments, but also accept credit cards. Credit cards do get billed with an extra handling fee. |

If day visitors are entertained we deduct a fee for cleaning services and other amenities from this deposit depending on how many guests. One day per week day visitors will be allowed equal to the number of guests the villa sleeps. 6 IN THIS CASE Toilet tissue only 1 roll per day, per toilet. If you use more please supply your own. Please bring your own as all s/c establishment request. Soaps/shampoos, toiletries, dish washing liquid, laundry detergent. The Villa has it own washing machine, please bring along own detergent. Also remember to bring along dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. NO SMOKING NO burn of incense. Your key deposit will be withheld for professional cleaning service and you will be held liable for the extra costs above the balance of key deposit to cover damages. You are NOT allowed to sublet the unit. Keys will ONLY be signed out to the Surname confirmed with our agent. Any 3rd party will NOT be granted access at main gate security entrance. Arrival time STRICTLY 14h00 Departure time STRICTLY 10H00. Especially in season. WE DO A FULL SERVICE ON DEPARTURE FOR ARRIVAL OF THE NEXT BOOKING. NO KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED We will text you the entry code for main gate on the day of your arrival. On arrival please enter RIGHT HAND LANE TO SCAN YOUR ID&LICENSE The disk on your villa key is now activated. From there ENTER left lane, you can use the disk on the Villa keys to exit or enter the estate. On departure PLEASE lock the unit and hand over the keys at reception /security at the main gate. IF YOU DEPART WITH OUR KEYS YOUR TOTAL KEY DEPOSIT WILL BE WITHHELD FOR CHANGING LOCK Please bring OWN BEACH TOWELS. A security wristband can be obtained from main gate reception that enables you to access the beach and pool area during your stay. R20 pp. On departure hand it back to reception and receive a R20 pp refund on each wristband. PLEASE NOTE the DSTV is already connected on to all channels, Premium Package. DO NOT CONNECT YOUR OWN CARD or connect games etc-CALL OUT FEE R500 for technician. The cleaning staff checks the tv after every departure, for the new guests arriving, to find the tv in 100% order as you did on your arrival. The Homeowner, service lady and Sanlameer cannot be held responsible for claims because of losses, injuries or accidents suffered during your stay Units serviced daily, EXCEPT Sundays&Public Holidays- Linen changes Mondays and Fridays If possible please treat the lady cleaning to a sandwich or left over’s with coffee on arrival when servicing.
