| Terms Of Payment |
| A 50% deposit to confirm booking. Full and final fees must be paid 21 days before arrival. Late payment will result in the reservation being cancelled. A breakage deposit will be required 7 days before arrival. |
| Cancellation Policy |
| In the event of a cancellation, fees payable will be calculated as follows: Cancel within 20 or more days before arrival : 25% Cancel within 15 to 19 days before arrival: 50% Cancel within 7 to 14 days before arrival: 75% Cancel within 6 days and less before arrival: 100% No rental refunds will be made in the event that the property is vacated earlier than the period you have booked for. |

| Breakages If any items are damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the replacement cost of the item. Upon arrival please report any items which appear to be broken. Important Information 1. This house accommodates a maximum of 10 people including children 2. This is a smoke free house, please smoke outside. 3. Confirmation of payments received will be confirmed in writing. 4. The rate quoted for this period includes the daily cleaning service of the house. 5. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. 6. Toilet paper and bath soap is supplied on your arrival. Should you need extra during your stay, please supply yourselves. 7. Please note that a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Exceptions will be made for families with school-going children. |
