Confirmation of booking
a) To confirm a Private booking for 8 Coconut Grove, the Visitor is required to deposit the total amount due (as per Owner's quote) into the Owner's bank account. This amount is non-refundable 

b) Proof of payment should be emailed to the Owner within 24 hours of making the deposit, once cleared booking confirmation will be sent

c) R2000 fully refundable breakage deposit is also required, this will be refunded within 7 days of departure should no breakages/damaged be reported by Caribbean Estates Houskeeping staff, your inventory list must be checked & signed upon arrival with your housekeeper to avoid any discrepencies
