NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE UNIT. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND A R500 FINE WILL BE CHARGED TO CLEAN THE UNIT.

Due to e-coli / sewage issues along the whole of the KZN coastline, swimming is prohibited on some of the beaches. These change daily, according to the readings. I cannot confirm when these issues will be sorted out completely by the Ethekwini municipality. Due to these conditions there could be issues with mosquitos and/or bugs. My unit is regulary fumigated but I can’t guarantee there won’t be these problems. Please speak to the Site Manager to see which beaches or areas would be best to visit.
