The Green Point Market was a famous flea market located near the Cape Town Stadium (old Green Point Stadium) in Cape Town, South Africa. Historically, it was one of the largest and most popular markets in the city, operating every Sunday and offering a wide variety of goods, including African crafts, clothing, jewelry, food, and curios. It attracted both locals and tourists alike, becoming a cultural hotspot for finding authentic African art, souvenirs, and street food.

History: The market has its origins in the 1980s and became an iconic part of Cape Town's weekend life for decades. It was well known for its vibrant atmosphere, where vendors from all over Africa would sell their handmade items, reflecting the continent’s rich heritage and craftsmanship.
